We accept referrals via Fax. We endeavor to provide efficient and timely services to our referral physicians and their patients.
Routine Requests can be faxed to our office at 780.425.0487.
If you need to speak with a cardiologist on an urgent patient matter/referral, please contact the Cardiologist on call at the Royal Alexandra Hospital at 780-735-4111
For your convenience, you will be sent a confirmation fax that we have received your patient referral and we will contact your patient with a date and time of their appointment. Also, our echocardiography reports are available to you on Netcare.
For Physicians requesting an Angiogram, please ensure your patient has the following blood work done:
CBC, Electrolytes, and Creatinine (GFR)
